Step right up - Subiaco's Circus Wholefoods is in town

Rachel Torre, of the famous Torre Butcher family has officially raised the high wire when it comes to eateries in Subiaco.

Open seven days a week from 6am to 9pm, this is one circus you won’t want to miss. Walking through the door is an absolute delight for the senses. In one tiny space you can find shelves packed with produce, a refrigerated section (Torre meatballs are on offer), loaf cakes to go, fancy sardines, pasta sauce, a loaded counter near the coffee machine and a hot food section. Rachel, you are a star.

If you are there around lunchtime, the place is full, but it the right way. There’s a marvellous village feel to the place, it absolutely warms your heart. As did the Spanokopita I had for lunch. The most delicious flaky filo you never did see.

Just go check it out for yourselves, it’s the kind of place you’ve been wanting to go to for years. And while you won’t find a lion tamer, you’ll find just about everything else.
